Creating black list entries using the customer portal

Via your customer portal you have the possibility to block both individual phone numbers and area codes.

To do this, go to your customer portal at my.green.ch and log in with your user data.

In the customer area, select the icon Thelephony:

 

Now select the icon Black List:

To create a new black list entry, press the button create:

Here you now have the possibility to enter a phone number and a corresponding remark. The remarks are only used for your orientation, this is an optional value:

To block a certain prefix, proceed as follows:

Now let's assume a call center keeps calling you with different numbers:

  • 0900111123
  • 0900111234
  • 0900111345
  • 0900111456
  • 0900111567

Now take the part which is always the same, 0900111 and add .* to the end of this combination.

This results in the following combination:

0900111.*

If you now insert this combination into the phone-number field when creating a black list entry, all phone numbers starting with the combination 0900111 will be blocked.
