Change MY User Password via Customer Portal
Every Green customer is given a specific username from which they have access to the Customer Portal. Access to the custom portal is essential for managing products and services. You may change your existing password at any time inside of your customer portal. In this article you will discover how to do this.
Note: We recommend you login using your MY user (e.g. 'MY123456'). Each customer is given a unique username that starts with the letters M (as in Mike) and Y (as in Yankee) and has 6 digits.

Sign in using your MY user. Once inside your Customer Area, click on the button User Profile. You will find this option under the section Settings.
Type in your new password into the input field Password. Confirm your new password by repeating it in the input field Confirm password.

Click on Save. Your changes will be effective immediately.
