Cyberlink and Green agree on strategic partnership

As a specialist for infrastructure services in the fields of cloud and connectivity, Cyberlink places great value on high availability and security. Cyberlink found a suitable strategic partner in Green while looking for a new data center provider to expand their backbone. Green meets all their requirements in full and offers certified data center services on the latest infrastructure at three geo-redundant locations.

By partnering with Green, the managed service provider (MSP) is expanding its data center backbone and will be present in the three Green data centers in Dielsdorf, Lupfig, and Schlieren from now on. Green’s data centers are among the most modern in Switzerland and meet the strict security, availability, and compliance requirements of the Zurich-based provider.

Along with classic colocation, the service portfolio of Cyberlink at the new data center locations covers managed connectivity services, including “SCION Access”, the new Swiss connectivity service. Currently, the Secure Swiss Financial Network (SSFN), a centralized communication platform for the Swiss financial market, is being created based on SCION. As one of the few approved providers, Cyberlink enables Swiss financial service providers to connect to the SSFN. With the partnership, SCION Access will be available to all Green data center customers straight away.

With modern data centers at four geo-redundant locations in Switzerland, Green is an attractive partner for Cyberlink. Thanks to the presence of major Enterprise customers, leading international cloud providers, and IT integrators, Cyberlink will benefit from excellently connected and networked IT infrastructure that they can build on. And this infrastructure is set to grow further: Green is planning to build additional data centers in both Dielsdorf and Lupfig and is thus accelerating its growth and innovation program in Switzerland.
